Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using http://www.20yrsyounger.com ("the Site") operated by Internetiqa Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://www.20yrsyounger.com.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Secure Ordering

When you submit personal information on our website, your information is protected both online and offline. We can only access your credit card (but not your actual credit card information) to issue credits, never for actual charges. Only you can produce a charge by placing an order in your password-protected account.

While on a secure page, such as our order form which is hosted in a secure data facility, the lock icon of your web browser becomes locked. This indicates that the connection between your web browser and our web server is secured. While on a secure page, the 'http' on your browser changes to 'https'.

When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the encryption software which meets or exceeds industry standards - (Secure Socket Layer). While on a secure page, such as our order form which is hosted in a secure data facility, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just 'surfing'.

Shipping & Handling:

Your order will be shipped with standard post.

Time frame for delivery is about 5-25 business days and it may take up to 4 weeks to Australia and South American countries due to strict custom inspection. All items will be checked before packing.

Item will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that some countries will have custom duty or tax for certain items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all endued custom duty or tax.

5-12 business days to Germany

10-25 business days to USA/ Canada

10-18 business days to Australia

5-14 business days to Europe

Asia and rest of the world from 2 to 4 weeks.

Refund Policy and 30-day Look-younger Guarantee :

Buyer's satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not 100% happy with purchase, please let us know within 30 days of receiving them and we will be happy to help you process a refund. All products (unused portion) must be returned. The return shipping date must be on or before the 30th day of receipt. Refunds will be given for the cost of the item excluding original postage once the returned item has been received by us. The refund will require 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the products for approval. Please make sure you have received an RMA before you send the products back.
